We had a continental breakfast with a wide array of options. Amiable and very nice staff who were always there to help. Its location was favourable in the middle of jackson.

The hotel is conveniently located near a park, Children's Museum, and Lake Allegan, which was just 2 miles away. the double room had a very comfy bed that I liked. - I appreciated that hairdryers and bath sheets were available in the room.

Spacious & Clean

Our vacation to Lake Michigan was an amazing experience. We found a hotel that met our requirements and had a great stay. the room we got was very spacious and clean, allowing us to unpack and relax without feeling cramped. the hotel was situated in a quiet area, far away from any noise, giving us a restful and peaceful sleep. to this, the breakfast selection was decent and the pool was clean, offering us some refreshing relief from the heat.

The surrounding decor was unappealing, and the area seemed neglected, not worth the premium price that we paid. the elevators were not functional, and we had difficulty carrying our luggage to the room.

Great value for money and good location! Complimentary breakfast and pool towels were fantastic bonuses. The cleanliness was also commendable and contributed to our peaceful stay.

The outdated decor and furnishings in the building were a downside. The room and bathroom felt cramped, regardless of the tidy state.
